I know I use classic a bit on these posts, but I feel that this definitely one of them. Most of the Motown collection falls into my favorite section. haha! :)

D'Angelo hit this one out of the park. I remember a couple of my friends talking about the music video. I certainly thought that he was going to be a big star.
Unfortunately, fame, drugs, and depression cut his career and life short.
A favorite a capella (no instruments, only vocals) track.
I think this is one of the first examples that I can think of. It's stuck with me because it was on the show. I actually am pretty bad about geography, but it was something that was on.
But, going back to the song. It's fun and super catchy. It might get you to learn something.
I was having some trouble getting started working today and I thought I would goof off find some music to focus with. Apple Music suggested this and I found it great to help me get in the groove.
I'm happily working while the album is grooving in the background.
I was sitting in a dark room just trying to relax when this song came on. I heard the instrumentals followed by the chorus. The lyrics weren't what I needed to hear at that point in time, but it was notable and I came back to it.
A song by a band that you haven't yet posted anything by
A lot of people like the song "Somebody That I Used to Know" by Gotye and just stop there. Kimbra sang the second part and gave a great response. I felt it was such a great hit that I looked her up to find that she's done a couple of albums.
This was my favorite track from the album that had come out around that time.
A song by someone you've met, or would like to meet
I don't think you should meet your heroes and I really don't know what I would do or ask if I was to meet them. So, I'd like to talk to this person to get their story of what it was like to make one of the biggest Halloween hits of all time and how the industry has changed since it was introduced.
I'd also try not to ask what it was like to work with Michael Jackson.
