I should have set this up a long time ago. I let my email get out of hand a lot, so any kind of control can really help.

Apple previews new accessibility features, including AI-generated voice clone – Six Colors

I feel that the Six Colors website had a really good overview of Apple’s announcement related to accessibility.

For the third year running, Apple has offered a preview of accessibility features coming to its platforms later this year. The announcements were timed to mark global accessibility awareness day on May 18. The preview featured several completely new offerings aimed at people with cognitive and speech disabilities, plus updates to existing macOS and iOS features.

Having a really hard time focusing the last couple of weeks. I’m hoping to turn it around.

So I went through my email last week and archived everything with the determination of staying on top of it. Now, I’m at 92 unread emails.

These also mark Apple’s first major subscription software venture: each of the pro apps will be available on May 23, running $4.99 per month or $49 per year; they’ll both offer a month-long free trial.

I think this is the first time I recall Apple having a subscription to software. I guess they are leaning into that service revenue.

I was listening to a podcast where someone said they raised money to buy a keyboard by mowing lawns. And I thought πŸ’ if you went door to door offering that you might get shot.
