MandarisI was writing a series of blog posts in Ulysses but I’m moving them to MarsEdit before posting. I’ve had a couple weird things happen when editing after something is posted. The problem is all the images that I was planning to add.

I feel that the only people who would take the job of CEO of Twitter at this point would only be doing it to get that huge golden parachute that CEOs get when they are fired.
I think the best thing Elon has done this year is demonstrate that CEOs don’t magically make things better.
I keep seeing people sign up for mastodon.social. It makes me think about how I felt a little overwhelmed to look at all the toots(?) on the local server when I was on one of the smaller instances. I’m curious to see how many toots are going through there now.

Why do all my yearly subscriptions renew in December?
It’s another year and Apple is asking for me to pay $24.99 to keep my iTunes Match subscription. This is supposed to allow me to store all of my music backups1.
This year is harder because I’ve had a full year of the Apple One subscription which gives me music and more. The reason that I’m sticking with it for one more year is that I’ve seen what’s been happening with other streaming platforms like HBO and Netflix and I want to make sure I have something until I come up with a better solution of storing my music.

I think I’ve really come to enjoy having longer posts that don’t have a title.
