Just spending a minute with my thoughts. I’m going to do some push-ups and then clean up the icons on my phone some more.

I was talking to a neighbor and they said “I have nothing under control”.

None of us do.

I wrote about how I couldn’t do something because I’m in America. I never thought I would write a sentence like that.

It’s rough out there, but I cling to the belief that things are better than they were 100 years ago.

They give you tags with a number and you get called one at a time to have your materials exchanged for cash.

I’m using exercise as my stress relief. I set myself up to lose 30 pounds in the next year. I’ve gained 2 so far.
