It is a mixed blessing to have a unique name. One of the perks is that I usually get to have my name on social networks without having to do an add a bunch of numbers to is like bob1978 or LikesBikes98. The only exception is when I had some trouble with my Apple GameCenter name having me change it to MrMandaris because of some account issues and now I’ve got to sit and watch my name sit there dormant.
I recently went through my blog settings and saw that I was still linking to my twitter account that I had shutdown more than a year ago as of this writing. I thought I would see if the account had been claimed.
I don’t know what I was hoping for…
It really felt like seeing your ex-significant other and knowing that they have not been doing well since you’ve separated.
