These also mark Apple’s first major subscription software venture: each of the pro apps will be available on May 23, running $4.99 per month or $49 per year; they’ll both offer a month-long free trial.
I think this is the first time I recall Apple having a subscription to software. I guess they are leaning into that service revenue.
I was listening to a podcast where someone said they raised money to buy a keyboard by mowing lawns. And I thought 💭 if you went door to door offering that you might get shot.

Sending your First Webmention from Scratch • Aaron Parecki
Webmention is one of the fundamental indieweb building blocks. It enables rich interactions between websites, like posting a comment or favorite on one site from another site.
This is just another attempt
Doing a little test of webmentions. I think I found what the problem was.
This post advertises its Webmention endpoint with an HTTP Link header. The URL is relative, so this will also test whether your discovery code properly resolves the relative URL.
I like the idea of my posts going to places that I want it to go.
