A Brief For June 7th, 2023

So, it’s Wednesday.

This week we’re having WWDC 2023.

So, a lot of my news is around Apple related stuff, especially around the headset.

I don’t know what I feel about the headset.

Actually, I do in some ways.

I don’t know if this thing is something that I will be using any time soon.

I don’t think that I will actually buy it when it comes out because it is $3,500 and I do not have that much money set aside for a personal device of this caliber.

It’s in a lot of ways feels like a solution looking for a problem at this point in time.

I don’t know what it would do in order for me to make my life better.

But, I’m perfectly happy with other people enjoying it.

It’s one of those things, you know, technology moves forward and we find a use for it whether it’s big or small.

So, other than that, I am looking forward to changes in Safari.

I always like new things when it comes to web development and I think that Safari is one of those browsers that consistently has a lot of features that people neglect or don’t really think about.

I know there are some developers out there who are like, yeah, you know, it doesn’t have X, Y, or Z.

Yeah, it might be true, but it does have everything your average user needs or wants.

It serves the internet and it’s fast and secure.

So, other than that, not a whole lot that I am looking forward to with the new release and I think that’s actually a good thing.

I feel that having a release where you can look back and say, oh, I don’t really remember what happened, but I know that I don’t want to go back to a previous version is definitely what you want to go for.

So, to you out there, I hope you’re having a great day, having a great developer week, and I hope to do more of these little messages in the future.

Bye.
